• I recommend sending your package/letter as a tracked shipment. Please note that I will not be able to reimburse you for a product that is lost in the mail due to an uninsured shipping method. Please note that I cannot reimburse you for return shipping costs.

• Once the request is accepted, I will refund the purchase price to you using the original payment method you used to pay for your order.

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect or limit your rights as a customer under the statutory warranty and your right of termination.
